Refund & cancellation

CoCap is free in the current release. There are no active plans, subscriptions or purchases today, so nothing is charged and nothing renews.

The CoCap Android app contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Nothing in the app can charge you. CapCoins cannot be bought, and have no cash value, so they are never refunded either.

For a short time, until July 2026, the CoCap website sold paid plans, paid through Razorpay. Those plans have ended, their previously paid features are available in the current free release, and nothing from those plans renews or charges you again.

If you bought one and have a question about it — including a refund request — write to hello@cocap.in with your receipt number. We look at each request individually and reply within about 2 working days.

There is no subscription to cancel, so nothing keeps running if you stop using CoCap. Your account simply waits, with your progress intact, until you come back.

If you want your account and its data removed, you can do it yourself at any time — see how account deletion works. It takes effect at once, with 30 days to change your mind.

CoCap does not ask anyone to pay, inside the app or outside it. Apart from the website plans above, if anyone has charged you for CoCap, for a “premium” version or for an account, it was not us. Tell us at hello@cocap.in — and if the payment went through Google Play, raise it with Google Play as well, since only they can reverse it.

If CoCap offers paid features again, this policy will be updated first and any price shown clearly before you choose to pay. Anything sold inside the Android app would be billed by Google Play and refunded under Google Play's refund policy, through the Play Store rather than by us.
