Too means more than is wanted and is always negative. Very is just a lot, and can be good.

Say something is more than you want, or as much as you need.
In Hindi
too यानी ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा, और हमेशा नकारात्मक। very सिर्फ़ बहुत, जो अच्छा भी हो सकता है।

This is enough for me.
यह मेरे लिए काफी है।
I am a little tired.
मैं थोड़ा {थका|थकी} हूँ।
This is too big for me.
यह मेरे लिए बहुत बड़ा है।
