A to-infinitive can stand in for a whole clause after a noun or after "it is + adjective".

The shape

noun + to + verb · It is + adjective + to + verb

Use "to + verb" as a whole idea inside a sentence.

In Hindi

to + क्रिया पूरे उपवाक्य की जगह ले सकता है — किसी संज्ञा के बाद या "it is + विशेषण" के बाद।
