When the relative word is the OBJECT of its clause, English usually leaves it out altogether. When it is the subject, it must stay.
The shape
noun + (that) + subject + verb
Drop the relative pronoun where English drops it.
In Hindi
जब relative शब्द अपने उपवाक्य का कर्म हो, तो उसे छोड़ दिया जाता है। कर्ता हो तो रखना ज़रूरी है।
